Elsa is our Head of Maintenance and Compliance at Kendall Bailey, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and fully compliant with regulatory requirements. She takes a proactive, detail-focused approach to managing maintenance works, overseeing compliance obligations, and resolving issues efficiently, helping to protect landlords’ investments while maintaining safe, well-presented homes for tenants. Elsa’s calm, organised approach and attention to detail consistently deliver positive outcomes across the portfolio.
