Our journey began with a simple belief: landlords deserve a property management service they can genuinely rely on. Too often, we saw frustrations caused by poor communication, overlooked maintenance, and returns that failed to live up to expectations. We set out to change that by building a business rooted in transparency, care, and consistency.
In April 2012, we acquired an established HMO agency managing 17 properties and set about refining how things were done — improving processes, strengthening relationships, and raising standards across the board. Since then, we’ve grown our portfolio to more than 60 properties across Yorkshire, while staying true to the principles we started with.
Today, Kendall Bailey is built on treating every property with the same care and attention we would give our own investments — combining hands-on management with clear communication and a long-term focus on doing things properly.
