Abi began her career in lettings in Newcastle at the age of 21, before moving to Dubai at 23 to work within the city’s fast-paced real estate market. After two years overseas, she returned to the UK to join Kendall Bailey as Head of Lettings. Her experience across both corporate and international property markets has shaped her client-focused approach, allowing her to thrive in a boutique environment where attention to detail and personalised service are key. Abi is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure clients feel confident, supported, and genuinely well looked after.
Outside of work, Abi enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly on long walks—whether exploring the city or along the coast. Music is a constant companion, and she values time spent with family and friends. Naturally sociable, she loves making the most of her downtime, often planning trips to discover new places and recharge.
